Hello! My name is Lydia, I’m an artist who is looking to become a children’s book illustrator!
I love using oil pastels to explore colour and add texture to my work, but have recently been exploring digital illustration in a more fun and cartoon style!
Drawing, photography, crochet and writing are my main creative methods, but I also try out lots of different mediums when I can, like print or embroidery!
I have just finished a year long Foundation diploma in Art and Design with a Distinction, in which I developed my skills in many mediums, and discovered my love for illustration!
